'Why Am I Here My Mission Statement'

If its sneaky behavior and dishonesty that got me here,
Then the truth shall set me free. If you want trust and truth,
Then you have to stop and really listen to me.
So stop. Take a seat, take a breath,
And just listen to what I am saying,
For you to hear me, understand me,
I’ve been praying.
If you truly love me, then isn’t it my happiness that you want,
To know that I know what I want in life, to be able to go after my dreams and desires,
My ambitions and goals, and find true love?
Don’t look at me in such a condescending way,
I’m perfectly capable of finding,
And understanding what true love is.
If you listen-
If everyone would just listen to your heart,
Then you’ll know it from that very moment,
From the very first time your eyes meet,
From the very start.
So know this, trust this,
Trust me.
That nothing nor no one will stop me,
Nor keep me away from Him.
So don’t even try.
Or I leave you in the rearview mirror,
And I promise you this, I will not cry.
